The first payment covers one full month from the start date; Oasis does not provide partial or pro-rata refunds.
Membership rates remain fixed during the agreed term unless adjusted under the inflation clause below.
4. Inflation and Rate Adjustments
Oasis reserves the right to adjust existing membership fees annually to align with inflation or increased operational costs, generally capped at 5% per year.
Members will be given a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to any rate adjustments taking effect.
Continued use of the space or renewal of membership constitutes acceptance of updated rates.
5. Cancellations and Notice
All membership cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@oasislondon.co.uk, providing at least one full calendar month’s notice.
5.1 Minimum Commitment Period
The Light, Full, and VC memberships each carry a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
During this period, cancellations are generally not permitted, as membership terms and pricing are based on the full commitment duration.

Proof of circumstance (e.g., medical note, redundancy letter, or change-of-address documentation) may be requested before cancellation is approved.
5.3 Early Termination Fee
Even in the cases listed above, cancellations during the three-month minimum period will incur a £45 early termination fee per remaining month.
This fee covers administrative and operational costs associated with early termination.
5.4 Non-Refundable Payments
All membership payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
Missed usage, absences, or unused passes/credits do not entitle members to refunds or extensions.

Auto-renewal will remain active until confirmation of cancellation is issued by the Oasis team in writing.
